Non-Stop Adventures – Day Outing
With the Gwahumbe outing having set the bar pretty high with 28 vehicles in attendance, the rest of this year promises to be really exciting, and I can’t wait!!!
This month, we will be visiting a destination we haven’t been to for many years, in fact, one that this Club helped establish. It is a little farm, in the Baynesfield area, which now boasts a camping / picnic area adjacent a river, with 4×4 obstacles to test your skills and nerves, and a short 4×4 track around the farm. There is lots of play area for the kids, and walks for those who would rather use their legs as opposed to their 4×4’s (not me). Your Club will provide the braai stands and charcoal for the day.
For those wanting to drive there in convoy, we will meet at the BP Oasis on the N3 just before Cato Ridge at 08H30, to leave at 09H00. For the adventurous wanting to meet us at the farm, I have included direction at the bottom of this little article.
